Admiral West Cleaners exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual article. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suedes, leathers, silk, satins, double-face fabrics, vinyls, polyurethanes, etc. Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimming, buckles, beads, buttons, belts and sequins. In laundering and Dry cleaning, we cannot guarantee against color loss and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Unless a list accompanied the bundle, our count must be accepted.
Admiral West Cleaners’ liability with respect to any lost article shall not exceed $50 per order regardless of brand or condition. Our liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed five (5) times our charge for processing it. Payment for services is non-transferable and non-refundable. If ever there is a problem with your returned laundry/dry cleaning, we must be notified within 48 Hours.
We exercise utmost care in processing clothing items received to avoid misplacement or loss of items. However, there will be instances where items may get misplaced or lost. We require a 30-day waiting period before filing a lost item claim. Any claim must be accompanied by your order ticket. Route customers or anyone using our free express bag service accept the Admiral West’ count of their items at drop-off.
